His recruitment expertise within the Life Sciences industry includes the provision of contingent and interim recruitment, as well as Global Executive Search. Spencer has expertise in recruiting executives into Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies, on both a national and international basis and across the full functional spectrum.
Spencer’s prior experience spans 15 years in the recruitment industry and includes working in a boutique Life Sciences Search and Selection business, followed by a number of years working in the Life Sciences Practice in a top tier Global Executive Search company.
Subsequently in 2009 he joined a specialist Life Sciences recruitment business in which he built a now well-known brand from scratch. This business was then successfully acquired in 2015.
Spencer’s primary focus is within the Pharmaceutical Physician space, both he and Toby have worked together since 2009 and are well networked in this arena. They bring their knowledge and experience to Pharma Partners.
